Support female afghan artists and seven families waiting in limbo in pakistan

Dear All, From the 25th November to the 10th December, the world remembers all those women who are subject to violence. With the EMA Alumni Association and AiCN we are commemorating amazing female afghan artists who have been driven from their home in Afghanistan to neighbouring countries and abroad for being targeted for their love of art and for being women. With the EMA Alumni Association we are celebrating the lives of nine afghan artists (two of which are being directly supported by AiCN, and the others by our volunteer colleagues from Spain and the US who wake up every day to help afghan women in need) in a special calendar. For a donation of 50 euros we will send you the this beautiful calendar and the money will go directly to help pay for seven families who have recently been awarded humanitarian protection by a European Embassy but need help with paying their flights and overstay fees which come to nearly 10,000 dollars. Without this money, they will be stuck in limbo as they have exhausted all their funds surviving in pakistan for over 18 months while waiting for a decision from the embassies. (Please note that while this page is dedicated to EMA Students and former students, we also encourage friends of AiCN and those wanting to help afghan women to donate to the page to get a copy of the beautiful calendar and help support these nine afghan artists in getting their work published and embarking on flourishing careers in their new lives. Please consult the following page: https://lnkd.in/dWwA4n_v - please disseminate as widely as possible!
